One day, a bunch of guys in Detroit took a big leap. But it was grounded in experience and DIY tradesmanship that goes back two generations. (And we’re still on the tools.) After years manufacturing respiratory protection we know how tough it can be out there.
Our focus was always on workers’ safety and comfort right back to our roots in 1977. We thought: ‘how about bringing that to workwear?’. Making workwear not just tough and functional but comfortable. Because our motto has always been that a comfortable worker is safer, happier, and more productive.
Our inspiration came from athletic wear, so we worked with the industry’s best designers to find solutions. Because the men and women building America in the construction, foundries, factory and transportation industry put in every bit as much as athletes running track, quarter backs, or point guards. And workers do it 6-6; because people rely on them. Vohl are those workers’ biggest fans.
