Returns
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition with tags attached
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return or exchange, contact returns@vohl.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color within 30 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds.
Exchanges are shipped at no additional cost.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vohl.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- sale items
- gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact support@vohl.com.
If your item fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, it may be covered under our Built for Work Warranty.
