VOHL & Oscarthetrucker giveaway – official terms and conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor and promotion

The Vohl & Oscarthetrucker Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by VOHL, INC. (the “Sponsor”) and is promoted in collaboration with the social media creator or entity operating as @oscarthetrucker.

The Sponsor, the individual or entity operating @oscarthetrucker, and their respective affiliates, agencies, employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents are referred to in these Official Terms & Conditions as the “Promotion Entities.”

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of the Promotion Entities, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.
Void outside the eligible territory and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 19, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. The Sponsor’s computer and platform records are the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion.

4. How to enter

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter through the official Vohl & Oscarthetrucker Giveaway post on Instagram and/or TikTok by completing all of the following mandatory steps:

Like the official Giveaway post
Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag one (1) work mate

Each separate eligible comment tagging one (1) different, genuine individual account will receive one (1) entry.

There is no stated maximum number of eligible tag entries, provided that each tagged account is different and each entry otherwise complies with these Official Terms & Conditions.

Multiple tags in one comment will count as one (1) entry only. Repeated tags of the same account, tags of fake or automated accounts, or spam comments will not receive additional entries.

Optional bonus entries

Share the official Giveaway post to an Instagram Story, or repost/share it on TikTok, and tag @vohlworkwear to receive one (1) bonus entry. Limit one (1) share/repost bonus entry per person for the entire Promotion.
Comment with your favorite VOHL product or explain why you want to win to receive one (1) additional entry. This may be included in an eligible tag comment or posted as a separate comment. Limit one (1) product/reason bonus entry per person for the entire Promotion.

Bonus entries are available only to entrants who have completed all mandatory entry steps.

To be counted, a Story or repost/share must be visible and verifiable by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period. Entrants using a private account must send a screenshot showing the qualifying Story or repost/share to @vohlworkwear by Direct Message before the Promotion Period ends.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Entry conditions and verification

Entries must be submitted by the entrant personally through a valid social media account.

Automated, scripted, bulk, bot-generated, fraudulent, incomplete, deceptive, abusive, obscene, unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate entries may be disqualified.

The Sponsor may require reasonable proof that an entrant completed the applicable entry steps and may disqualify any person who attempts to manipulate the entry process, artificially inflate entries, interfere with the Promotion, or violate these Official Terms & Conditions or the applicable platform’s rules.

Entrants are responsible for their account settings and for ensuring that the Sponsor can verify their entry.

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that cannot be seen, received or verified because of privacy settings, technical errors, account restrictions, platform outages, deletion, delay or any other cause outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Vohl Cass Pant
One (1) Vohl 313 reVOHLution T-Shirt

The combined approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is US$154.80.

Product color and styling will be as shown or described in the promotional materials, unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor.

The winner will be required to select their preferred garment sizes after being notified. Size selection is subject to availability, and the Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to fulfill the requested sizes. Once confirmed, size selections are final.

If any prize item or requested size is unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute a comparable Vohl item or size, or another prize of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash and may not be sold or assigned before delivery. No substitution is permitted except by the Sponsor.

All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. Winner selection and odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection. Entrants who earn multiple eligible entries will have multiple entries included in the draw.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The random draw is expected to take place on or about August 20, 2026.

The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entry verification, winner selection and all other matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

8. Winner announcement and notification

The winner is expected to be announced on August 20, 2026 through Vohl’s social media channels and/or the official Giveaway post.

The potential winner will be contacted by Direct Message from the official @vohlworkwear account using the social media account through which the winning entry was submitted.

The Sponsor will not require payment, bank details or credit card information to claim the prize.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the initial notification and provide the information reasonably requested by the Sponsor, which may include:

Full name
Email address
Age confirmation
A valid U.S. shipping address
Preferred garment sizes

The Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and may require the winner to complete and return an eligibility, liability and publicity release where lawful.

If the potential winner:

cannot be contacted;
does not respond within seven (7) days;
fails to provide the required information;
is found to be ineligible;
declines the prize; or
does not comply with these Official Terms & Conditions,

the potential winner will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Delivery

The prize will be delivered only to a valid address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.

Delivery timing may vary.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delay, loss, damage, theft or misdirection occurring after the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promotion Entities to use the winner’s name, social media handle, city and state, likeness, voice and prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, approval or notice.

11. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and Instagram, Meta and TikTok from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, including personal injury, death, property damage, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation and intellectual property claims.

Nothing in these Official Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. General conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, extend, modify or terminate the Promotion, or to adjust the entry or winner-selection process, if fraud, technical failure, platform interruption, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, fairness or proper administration of the Promotion.

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Terms & Conditions, tampers with the Promotion, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter may be deemed the entrant, subject to verification.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and fulfill the prize, and will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

Entrants understand that information submitted in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, Meta or TikTok.

14. Social media and collaboration disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or TikTok.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram, Meta and TikTok from responsibility relating to the Promotion.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor and not to those platforms.

The individual or entity operating @oscarthetrucker is a promotional collaborator. VOHL, INC. is the Sponsor and administrator of the Promotion and is responsible for the official rules, eligibility verification, drawing, notification and prize fulfillment.

15. Governing law

Except where prohibited, the Promotion and these Official Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be brought individually in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan, and not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
