VOHL Fourth of July giveaway – official terms and conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by VOHL, INC. (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of VOHL, INC., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM EDT on July 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM EDT on July 6, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Limit one (1) entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries submitted using multiple accounts, automated methods, bots, or any fraudulent means.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should any item become unavailable.

6. Winner selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place after the Promotion closes.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be announced on July 7, 2026 via Vohl’s official social media channels and contacted via Direct Message using the account used to enter.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide:

a valid U.S. shipping address; and
their preferred garment sizes for the Vohl apparel included in the prize.

If the selected winner:

cannot be contacted;
fails to respond within seven (7) days;
is found to be ineligible; or
declines the prize,

the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random draw.

8. Shipping

The prize will only be shipped to an address within the United States.

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected shipments once the prize has been dispatched.

9. General conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for VOHL, INC. to use the winner’s first name, city, state, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

11. Limitation of liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless VOHL, INC., its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and fulfilling the prize.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or YETI®. By participating, entrants completely release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and YETI® from any liability related to this Promotion.
